Towers II Rental
We have a rental condominium in Burnt Store Marina that we market and manage on the internet. It is two bedroom, two bath and is on the seventh floor of a high rise with a view of both north and south basins of the marina and Charlotte Harbor.
On the left is a picture of the back of the building from the Marina. Our unit is one floor from the top and second in from the left side of the building.
The View is quite nice, over the buildings in the background is Charlotte Harbor and Pine Island.
Amenities in the Marina include Golf, Tennis, Fitness Center, Pool at the Unit (Thirsty Thursdays at the Pool, 5 PM) walking, resturants, boat tours and the like.
The Master has a King bed and sliding doors to the Lanai. The second bedroom has a queen bed.
The Kitchen is large for a unit of this size and offers breakfast bar, double sinks, fan and plenty of cupboard space.
Living area is complete with "L" shaped seating area, coffee table and entertainment center with DVD, VCR and 35' Television.
Dining is adquate for four at the table, two at the bar and four on the Lanai. Utility area has stacked full size washer and dryer.
Driving Directions to Towers II Condo in Burnt Store Marina
From the North (Works well coming from South, longer but same drive time)
Exit Interstate 75 at Jones Loop Road (Exit 161)
Proceed West on Jones Loop
At the intersection with Hwy 41 (Tamiami Trail) do straight (becomes Burnt Store Road)
Drive approximately ten minutes south on Burnt Store Road
Turn right into the entrance gate
After checking in at the gate, proceed straight on Islamorada.
At the stop sign, turn left on Cape Cole Blvd.
At the stop sign, turn right on Matecumbe Key Rd.
In a block or so turn left at the Towers Condo entrance, proceed straight to the building (2060 Matecumbe Key Rd.)
Proceed to elevator on right entrance of building
Go to floor 7, Unit is to right after exiting elevator
Alternate from South
Exit Interstate 75 at Colonial Exit 136 (south of Ft. Myers proper)
Proceed west on Colonial and over the Cape Coral Midpoint Bridge (one dollar toll)
Continue thru Cape Coral on same street, it will angle around to the North and become Burnt Store Road
Continue North on Burnt Store Road approximately ten minutes after you pass the stoplight at Pine Island Road
The Marina will be on your left, turn in and check in at gate
After checking in at the gate, proceed straight on Islamorada.
At the stop sign, turn left on Cape Cole Blvd.
At the stop sign, turn right on Matecumbe Key Rd.
In a block or so turn left at the Towers Condo entrance, proceed straight to the building (2060 Matecumbe Key Rd.)
